What was the highlight of Jerusalem Panorama Hotel
Good
The staff were excellent and always willing to help and listen and serve you with a smile; giving us tea and sweets everyday in the evening after the night prayer. The shower is very good and the room was a good size and had a comfortable bed. The location is far from Aqsa Masjid, the walk is steep in places and takes up to 15 minutes to Lions Gate, so keep this in mind if you travel for Aqsa Masjid. There is a bus service available close to the hotel, 5.5 shekels per person, which takes you to Lions Gate and further. There is a nice view from the 6th floor of the hotel and the breakfast/suhoor was a standard Middle East breakfast.
The room could do with deep cleaning often as we did find ants in room, which the staff did help with to try cleaning as soon as we informed them.
